With up to 150 dogs per day and thousands of active clients, Soulmutts’ operations outgrew traditional dog daycare software programs, spreadsheets, and manual scheduling tools. Booking, billing, staff coordination, and route planning had become fragmented—consuming time and increasing the risk of errors.
The project focused on building a custom dog daycare management software that could replace manual workflows with one reliable operational system.
